Silicon Valley Electronics industry. Precision Tool, Die and Moldmaking manufacture
involves toolroom machining, toolbuild, assembly and inspection on small to
medium tooling and fixtures. Uses the highest degree of specialized skill
and knowledge of toolbuilding practices using Toolroom Lathes up to 12-½
in. (318mm) swing with 20 in. (508 mm) distance between centers. Milling machines
up to 42 in. (1067mm) x 18-1/2 in. (470mm). We are well versed in all conventional
toolroom machine operations, able to work directly from blueprints, samples
parts or sketches and verbal instructions carrying job through to completion
in the minimum of time. Conversant with all conventional machine shop tools
and practices (Metric or English) from Europe to Silicon Valley. Our expertise
involves the highest degree of specialized critical skill and knowledge of
tool building practices with twenty plus years of Toolmaking and Engineering
experience in the San Francisco Bay area.
