We perform conventional short-run, hand machine shop work e.g. lathe and milling work etc. to print, sketches, parts samples and verbal orders using all 36 material groups. Involves the highest degree of specialized skill and machining knowledge, and practices using Lathes up to 12-½ in. (318mm) swing with 20 in. (508mm) distance between centers. Milling up to 42 in. (1067mm) x 18-1/2 in. (470mm). We are well versed in all conventional machine operations, able to work directly from blueprints, samples parts or sketches and verbal instructions; carrying the job through to completion in the minimum of time. Conversant with all conventional machine shop tools and practices from Europe to Silicon Valley. Our expertise involves the highest degree of specialized critical skill and knowledge of machining and close tolerance fitting practices, with twenty plus years of Machining and Engineering in the San Francisco Bay area.
