Prototype machining, short-run parts, Heater blocks, and RG thin wall Wave-guides
(for low-temperature, University of California laboratory, Dewar vessel super-conductivity)
experiments and for the Silicon Valley Computer/Electronics industry. Involves
the highest degree of specialized skill and machining knowledge, and practices
using Precision Lathes up to 12-½ in. (318mm) swing with 20 in. (508
mm) distance between centers. Milling machines up to 42 in. (1067mm)
x 18-1/2 in. (470mm) to machine and surface treat all of the 36 material groups.
We are well versed in all conventional machine operations: on all materials,
including exotics, and able to work directly from blueprints, samples parts
or sketches and verbal instructions carrying the job through to completion
in the minimum of time. Conversant with all conventional machine shop tools
and practices from Europe to Silicon Valley. Our expertise involves the highest
degree of specialized critical skill and knowledge of machining and fitting
practices with twenty plus years of Machining and Engineering in the San Francisco
Bay area.
