I
would like to share with you some of the things that I have experienced, so
I am listing some of my favorite links for you to browse and enjoy such as
using the most advanced, proprietary estimating application.
The first
web site is a link from the MICRO Magazine the only magazine dedicated to
advanced process and equipment control, defect reduction, and yield enhancement
strategies for the semiconductor and related advanced microelectronics manufacturing
industries. Now in its 20th year of publication, MICRO is recognized by readers
as the leader in its field for its technical content as well as its industry
news and product coverage.
The link is the latest on-line service, an expanded list of germane Internet
sites called Web Sightings. Formerly a periodic feature of their Industry
News section, Web Sightings now appears as a hot link on MICRO's home page
so that you're just a mouse-click away from the most important sites from
around the world.
I also
would like to share Ecology Action's website. I have
volunteered for this dedicated group since the first Earth-day celebration at UCSC in 1970.
Ecology Action, located in Santa Cruz, is a nonprofit organization
designing and implementing waste reduction and pollution prevention programs
both within Santa Cruz County and throughout the state of California.
Perhaps
I can induce my potential customers to visit Santa Cruz, (and my shop) from
Silicon Valley and combine business/rest & recreation with the pleasure offered
by the great Santa Cruz County.
Santa Cruz is the quintessential beach town. It was here that Hawaiian royalty
first introduced surfing to the mainland--and locals and visitors alike have
been riding the waves ever since. Not far from the surf break, calliope music
and laughter fills the air at the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, the West Coast's
last remaining seaside amusement park. A few blocks from the beach is Santa
Cruz's newly renovated downtown. The pedestrian-friendly, tree-lined streets
are filled with vibrant shops and galleries, outdoor bistros and sidewalk
musicians - all in keeping with Surf City's offbeat personality
I am a
volunteer in the program Bike to Work. This helps to keep cars of the road
and preserves our environment.
