injection-mold prototypes, ergonomics, acoustic and electronics parts-fit
models. (Please click on display button). Involves the highest degree of specialized
skill and machining knowledge and practices using special Modeling tools,
Saws, grinders and Toolroom Lathes up to 12-½ in. (318mm) swing with
20 in. (508 mm) distance between centers. Milling machines up to 42 in. (1067mm)
x 18-1/2 in. (470mm) tables. We are well versed in all conventional machine
operations and able to work directly from blueprints, sample parts, or sketches
and verbal instructions carrying the job through to completion in the minimum
of time. Conversant with all conventional machine shop tools, material properties,
and practices from Europe to Silicon Valley. Our expertise involves the highest
degree of specialized critical skill and knowledge of machining and fitting
practices building Models; with twenty plus years of Machining, Design and
Engineering in the San Francisco Bay area.
