Capabilities

We provide, niche, quick turn-around service with local hand pick-up and delivery: Consulting, Cost Engineering, Tool & Modelmaking, Precision toolroom machining and inspection on small to medium tooling, gages and fixtures. We use Toolroom Lathes up to 12-½ in. (318mm) swing with 20 in. (508mm) distance between centers. Milling machines up to 42 in. (1067mm) x 18-1/2 in. (470mm) tables. All conventional machine shop equipment and hand tools capabilities: saws, drills, micro grinders, lapping, broach and cutting tools, precision gage and inspection equipment. Outsourcing is available for specialty services, Heat-treat, Plating, and other Finish treatments on request. Well versed in all conventional toolroom machine operations, able to produce parts directly from blueprints, sketches and verbal instructions carrying job through to completion. Conversant with measurements in English or Metric systems and all conventional machine shop tools and practices from Europe to Silicon Valley. Our expertise involves the highest degree of specialized, critical skill and knowledge of tool building practices with twenty plus years of Toolmaking and Engineering in the San Francisco Bay area.
